Overwhelmingngly underwhelming
When I first joined the university, the number of courses on offer was somewhat of a burden as I simply could not choose which ones to take. But 2.5 years on, when I am about to complete my studies, I wish there were some more courses, more practicals, more opportunities and more exposure to all the international students.
Practical touch
Aa an international student, I have a diverse classroom. The Uni has good research and projects for thesis. But the quality of the subjects can be slightly better. There is no mandatory industrial internship in my course which makes it difficult for us to understand the industry point of view in technology.
Good overall experience, could be better
The overall experience of studying at the University of Stuttgart in the MSc Electrical Engineering program has been good, however there is a big need for improvement in the English speaking course offerings. Currently, a limited number of courses are available and they seem to be hurriedly translated into English which leaves a lot to be desired. Mixed feelings
At the beginning, I was excited to join the university and join the courses. However, soon I realized that the department doesn't really care about the students. Maybe it was just me who felt that way coming from a different country but the department literally had no interactions or any events to communicate with the students.
