Good fit for future ecotoxicologists

Overall, the Ecotoxicology program combined practical and theoretical aspects well. Especially if you are looking for a future career in academia, then the program will be right for you. During corona, most courses were digital, which of course had its downsides. However, every program out there probably had the same issues. The new examination regulation looks to consider recent student feedback, which I believe is a good step forward, unfortunately I studied under the old regulation. If you are a proactive student, then you can really integrate yourself in some of the working groups. At times, the organization could be better (for instance for the optional modules) but the study advisors try to help all students with potential issues. The Welcome Center was a great support for me as an international student and I will always be grateful for their support. Overall, I can recommend the program for everyone that is looking for a challenging Master’s.
